Due to market demand, we extended our promos and discounts from the last year such as Zero reservation fee, 2BR units for only 15, 000 monthly, and 10% discount from the total contract price, during the event,” says Empire East CEO and President Atty. The recently concluded open house was celebrated in participating mall showrooms namely at the 5/F SM Megamall, G/F SM North, 2/L SM San Lazaro, UGF SM Sta. Mesa, and in our site showrooms at Pioneer Woodlands, EDSA corner Pioneer St., Mandaluyong City, Kasara Urban Resort Residences at Eagle St., Pasig City, The Sonoma Sta. Rosa, Laguna, Mango Tree Residences, M. Paterno St., San Juan City, and The Rochester in Elisco Road, San Joaquin, Pasig City.
