Manila, Philippines — Real estate developer, Empire East Land Holdings, Inc., opened the year 2018 with a citywide open house celebration last January 13 and 14.
For the past 23 years, Empire East has been turning realty dreams into reality by providing every aspiring homeowner equal access to knowledge and opportunity when it comes to homeownership.
Last year, Empire East had been preparing to break homeownership barriers by opening a showroom in SM Mall of Asia — to give people from the south, easier access to our showroom and by creating promos and flexible payment terms to make our homes more affordable to our aspiring homeowners.
Empire East believes that this 2018 should be the time to give the Filipino community a clear vision of the benefits of owning a home and how it should not be about putting our budget in jeopardy.
“We want to show the Filipinos that owning a home should not be as difficult as it is presented. Due to market demand, we extended our promos and discounts from the last year such as Zero reservation fee, 2BR units for only 15, 000 monthly, and 10% discount from the total contract price, during the event,” says Empire East CEO and President Atty. Charlemagne Yu.
The recently concluded open house was celebrated in participating mall showrooms namely at the 5/F SM Megamall, G/F SM North, 2/L SM San Lazaro, UGF SM Sta. Mesa, and in our site showrooms at Pioneer Woodlands, EDSA corner Pioneer St., Mandaluyong City, Kasara Urban Resort Residences at Eagle St., Pasig City, The Sonoma Sta. Rosa, Laguna, Mango Tree Residences, M. Paterno St., San Juan City, and The Rochester in Elisco Road, San Joaquin, Pasig City.
For decades, Empire East has pioneered unique project developments and flexible payment terms that led to its success in providing the best residential communities in Metro Manila. The company believes that owning a home should not be defeated by the extremities and limitations of today’s recent issues. With the goal of providing true value for money, every city dweller gets a chance to have a place they can call home.
